About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team at SF Recruitment. As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a critical role in sourcing and purchasing goods and services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Upload product information, parts descriptions, and SKU's onto our internal database.
  • Handle inbound enquiries, requests, or issues raised from customers and suppliers.
  • Raise and process high-volume purchase orders.
  • Handle and investigate outstanding/delayed orders with a level of urgency.
  • Liaise with suppliers to manage service level agreements, quality control, and lead times.
  • Support senior buyers with sourcing and onboarding new suppliers and preparing reporting packs ahead of supplier meetings.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a similar Procurement role or in Purchasing, Sales Support, or Order Processing.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize key tasks.
  • Highly organized and adaptable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • IT literate, experienced using Microsoft Packages.
  • Previous experience liaising with external customers and suppliers.
  • A true team player.

Working Arrangements
