About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst/Project Manager to join our projects team at WRK Digital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering market-leading ecommerce services for clients across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead and manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.
  • Technical Business Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Capacity Planning: Provide management with delivery timelines and capacity status, ensuring effective resource allocation.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality delivery of projects, conducting quality control and testing to meet client standards.
Requirements:
  • API Integration Project experience, including CRM and 3PL integration.
  • Excellent planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and great time management skills.
  • Confidence in dealing with clients and experience working with designers and developers.
  • Experience handling projects of varying sizes and working in a busy environment.
Desirable Skills:
  • Agile, Prince 2, or Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Experience with Job Management Systems, such as JIRA or Atlassian Products.
  • Experience with stakeholders/client requirements and timelines.
  • Shopify project or website migration experience.
