Service Charge Accountant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Charge Accountant to join our team at Dove & Hawk Property Recruitment. As a Service Charge Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing our clients' commercial property portfolios, ensuring accurate financial management and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Portfolio and Facilities Manager to prepare Service Charge budgets for the new year
  • Communicate budgets to tenants and set up new charges on QUBE
  • Raise invoices monthly or quarterly and prepare Service Charges for audit
  • Review and verify accounts returned from auditors and raise year-end balancing charges
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Service Charge Accountant is essential
  • Proficiency in using property management systems such as QUBE, YARDI, or TRAMPS
  • Strong customer service skills and high level of organization
  • Competence in Microsoft Office packages
