Early Years Lead Practitioner L5 End Point Assessor

Pearson is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Independent End Point Assessor for the Early Years Lead Practitioner L5 apprenticeship.
Key Responsibilities- Assess the performance of apprentices in accordance with published assessment and grading criteria and procedures.
- Deliver end-point assessments in-line with the EPA plan and comply with the IQA requirements of the EPA.
- Maintain independence and impartiality throughout the assessment process.
- Report all risks and issues encountered during the end-point assessment to Pearson.
- Ensure all EPA reports and assessment evidence are high quality and recorded accurately.
- Hold a relevant Level 6 qualification and have 2 years postgraduate relevant experience within Early Years Practice.
- Hold a DBS Certificate and Assessor qualification.
- Have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively respond to conflicts.
- Have in-depth knowledge of the associated apprenticeship standard, assessment plan, specification, assessment instruments and recording tools.
