**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Duty Manager to join our team at PropRec. As a key member of our property services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Act as the primary point of contact for residents, visitors, colleagues, couriers, and contractors
* Ensure a seamless experience for residents and potential residents from initial inquiry to move-in
* Conduct viewings for prospective residents
* Enhance customer satisfaction across all platforms
* Conduct inventory checks before check-ins and after check-outs
* Inspect properties to ensure they are in excellent condition and report any issues
* Manage the residents' move-out process
