Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Aramark UK. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for executing operational delivery of circa £2.5million revenues to agreed company standards.
Key responsibilities include managing the studio and production hospitality, including a busy staff restaurant with up to 350 per day, and accountable for the business commercial performance, through proactive strategic planning and value propositions.
You will also be responsible for employee engagement and talent management, as well as client relations and communications.
Collaborative relationship with regional SME leads - Finance, Culinary, Marketing, HR, L&D is essential.
Key skills and qualifications include contract catering experience, operating a management level in a similar organisation, financial acumen and experience managing a P&L, IT literate and numerate; able to manage financials, report and forecast.
