Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to play a key role in our business growth. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for generating sales opportunities, sourcing and acquiring top talent, and delivering high-quality recruitment services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to business growth through consistent, high-quality delivery against core targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Perform full '360' degree recruitment duties and responsibilities, including generation of sales opportunities and delivery-focused candidate sourcing and acquisition.
- Take ownership of an agreed business plan and be responsible for monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Undertake phone-based business development, making targeted and focused calls into both existing client base and prospective customers.
- Meet and exceed weekly objectives:
- Business Development calls - 10 / day
- Candidate calls - 10 / day
- High-quality submittals to clients - 15 / week
- Scheduled first-stage interviews - 5 / week
- Scheduled client meetings - 3 / week
- Act as a brand ambassador for Ventus at all times, representing the business in key meetings, industry events, and conferences.
- Pitch for and secure retained, exclusive, and executive search mandates across relevant markets.
- Promote and position Ventus as the renewable energy industry's 'go-to' search firm.
- Establish, maintain, and develop strong client relationships.
- Set the standard on a daily basis for less experienced team members.
- Keep fully up-to-speed on industry news, regulation, policy, and legislation changes, in order to provide unrivalled market insights to our key clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective customers.
- Possess a degree qualification.
- Have experience in recruitment or sales.
- Have a passion for the renewable energy sector.
- Be capable of working at pace, under pressure, and to tight deadlines.
- Be willing to learn and develop, with a natural desire to outperform others.
- Be results-focused, with a commitment to meeting and exceeding client expectations.
- Have strong written and oral communication skills.
