About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at Accordia Care. As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health needs, autism, and learning disabilities in their homes in Holbeach near Spalding, Lincolnshire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs, autism, and learning disabilities.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to service users.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • Experience working with individuals with mental health needs, autism, and learning disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
