About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at Accordia Care. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care to individuals with mental health needs, autism, and learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs, autism, and learning disabilities.
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical team to develop and implement care plans that promote independence and well-being.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals, promoting their physical and emotional health.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Experience working with individuals with mental health needs, autism, and learning disabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle (desirable).
