Key Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Business Oversight
Enhance and manage the overall performance of the organization within established parameters.
Act as the primary representative of the company in various engagements.
Strategic Direction
Formulate, present, and execute a detailed strategy aimed at growth.
Guide the Management Team in meeting performance targets and ensuring successful outcomes.

Stakeholder Engagement

Reporting Responsibilities

Candidate Profile - Qualifications and Experience:
Significant experience and a proven track record in a senior leadership role within a diversified agribusiness.
In-depth knowledge of the UK agricultural landscape.
Relevant experience in business management, particularly in P&L, balance sheet oversight, and strategic development.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Agricultural or Business Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
