As a Client Relations Coordinator, your main duty will be to assist the workshop by managing customer interactions. You will collaborate closely with the finance department to ensure precise financial documentation, prompt invoicing, effective expense oversight, labor tracking, and comprehensive business reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relations:
- Welcome all stakeholders entering AFS Group.
- Deliver superior customer service for the workshop operations.
- Establish and maintain jobs for our clients.
- Engage with our clients through our proprietary workshop management system and client portals.
- Work alongside the General Manager and vehicle damage assessor to ensure all clients are attended to in a friendly and timely manner.
- Financial Duties include:
- Daily reporting on labor hours.
- Creation and validation of sales invoices.
- Daily sales reporting.
- Profitability analysis.
- KPI reporting.
- Daily job reports.
- Management of debtors.
- Cash flow management.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Prior experience in customer service within a workshop setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Essential prior customer service experience.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
