Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Data Governance Manager to join our team, specializing in data profiling, quality analysis, and reference data management (RDM). The successful candidate will work on public sector projects, using Informatica CDGC and R360 to deliver comprehensive data solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive data profiling to understand the structure, content, and quality of client data.
  • Discover and define Data Quality (DQ) rules to ensure high standards in data integrity and accuracy.
  • Analyze data dependencies and relationships to inform data integration and management strategies.
  • Define and document crosswalk requirements to ensure proper data alignment across systems.
  • Identify logic for creating unique R360 keys to support reference data management solutions.
  • Collaborate on the creation of a robust data catalogue and contribute to the overall RDM design.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of Data Quality (DQ) and Data Governance (DG) principles.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, including data profiling and pattern analysis.
  • Expertise in using Informatica CDGC and/or R360 for data management and governance tasks.
  • Ability to analyze and document complex data dependencies, code lists, and metadata.
  • Experience in designing data catalogues and reference data solutions.
