We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our high-performing team at our main dealership in Gatwick. This is an excellent opportunity for a Service Advisor looking for a long-term role with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high levels of customer service by finding customer requirements and advising on cost, time scale, and what will happen.
- Deal with customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Work closely with the service team to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Previous motor trade experience is essential, with at least 2 years' experience working within the motor trade or car dealership as a Service Advisor.
- Pinnacle or Kerridge experience is preferable but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
