Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee quality investigations utilizing Lotus's problem-solving methodologies.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to facilitate swift resolution of issues.
  • Conduct daily assessments to drive resolutions and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Enhance containment processes and integrate insights into future models.
  • Deliver training on effective problem-solving strategies.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

Essential:
