We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team at Hywel Dda University Health Board. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide holistic nursing care to patients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care.
- Participate in the development and implementation of evidence-based practice.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy work environment.
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Experience in providing direct nursing care, with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Degree in Nursing or related field.
- Post-registration study and training, such as POVA or Child Protection.
- Intermediate life support certification, if required in the clinical setting.
We welcome applications from Welsh speakers, and the ability to speak Welsh is desirable. However, both English and Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
