Job Title: International Recruitment Programme Support Officer

Company: CRA GROUP LIMITED

This role is essential for facilitating a wide array of initiatives related to programs, projects, strategies, policies, and enhancements that further the objectives of CRA GROUP LIMITED. The successful candidate will engage with various sectors and disciplines to meet the organization's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver adaptable support for the execution of programs, projects, and strategic initiatives
  • Oversee lower-risk projects and strategic endeavors
  • Contribute to complex transformation efforts, managing specific components
  • Enhance project performance management and reporting
  • Support communication initiatives, including event planning, newsletters, social media, and website oversight
  • Assist with administrative functions, such as organizing networks and maintaining communication channels

Essential Experience:

  • Prior experience in Adult Social Care is required
  • Demonstrated success in managing transformation initiatives and possessing strong project management capabilities

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Solid educational foundation with outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Additional Information:

  • This is a part-time position requiring 21 hours per week, with flexible working hours
  • The role primarily allows for remote work with occasional office visits
  • A DBS check is required for this position
