JRL Plant & Logistics, a division of the JRL Group, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Logistics Administrator to join our team in Bedfordshire.

Your Role:

  • Manage driver timesheets and payroll accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle expenses management for the transport department.
  • Administer the Mandata system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Input and verify data meticulously to maintain comprehensive records.
  • Resolve queries promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service.

  • Complete a range of administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the department.

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a logistics or transport administration role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.

  • Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience with fleet management or transport operations is highly desirable.
