JRL Plant & Logistics, a division of the JRL Group, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Logistics Administrator to join our team in Bedfordshire.
Your Role:
- Manage driver timesheets and payroll accurately and efficiently.
- Handle expenses management for the transport department.
- Administer the Mandata system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Input and verify data meticulously to maintain comprehensive records.
- Resolve queries promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service.
- Prepare reports as required, providing insightful analysis of transport operations.
- Complete a range of administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the department.
Your Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a logistics or transport administration role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience with fleet management or transport operations is highly desirable.
