Lift Repair Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Lift Repair Engineer to join our team at Liftec Express. As a Lift Repair Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance work on a variety of lift equipment, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and in accordance with our company's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance work on lift equipment, including minor and major repairs, and small modifications to larger refurbs.
  • Work on a mixture of contractual repairs and quoted repair work, liaising directly with customers whilst on site and building a good working relationship.
  • Be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and in accordance with our company's policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Be qualified to at least NVQ Level 3, J-Module or equivalent.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of a variety of different makes of equipment, demonstrating that you can apply lift engineering principles to achieve continual lift operation.
  • Have experience of being part of a call-out rota and be willing to join our out-of-hours rota.
  • Have a full UK driving license.
