Lift Repair Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Lift Repair Engineer to join our team at Liftec Express. As a Lift Repair Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing lifts across a territory, ranging from minor to major repairs and small modifications to larger refurbs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform planned repair work across a territory, ensuring lifts are operational and safe for use.
  • Liaise directly with customers while on site, building strong relationships and providing excellent customer service.
  • Work on a mixture of contractual repairs and quoted repair work, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
Requirements:
  • Qualified to at least NVQ Level 3, J-Module or equivalent.
  • In-depth knowledge of various lift equipment, with the ability to apply lift engineering principles to achieve continual lift operation.
  • Experience of being part of a call-out rota and willingness to join our out-of-hours rota.
  • Full UK driving license.
