Babcock International Group is a leading provider of critical support services to the UK's defence, security, and emergency services sectors. As an Estate Property Manager at our Ashchurch site, you will play a key role in delivering Facilities Management (FM) deliverables at all Engineering Services (ES) Sites, UK and Worldwide for both Babcock Intelligence and Security (I&S) administered premises and those Customer sites where Babcock has a presence.

The Role
As an Estate Property Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the Facilities Management team, ensuring that all FM deliverables are met to the highest standards. You will work closely with the Engineering Services team to ensure that all facilities are maintained to the required standards, and that all FM activities are aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement FM strategies that align with the company's business objectives
• Provide leadership and direction to the Facilities Management team
• Ensure that all FM deliverables are met to the highest standards
• Work closely with the Engineering Services team to ensure that all facilities are maintained to the required standards
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all FM activities are aligned with the company's overall business objectives
