About the Role

As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people. You will work closely with our team to create a safe and nurturing environment, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Your expertise and experience will be invaluable in helping our young people overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care and support to our young people, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement care plans, ensuring our young people receive the best possible support.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful team culture, promoting open communication and a culture of continuous learning.
  • Support the Registered Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operation of the home, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.

  • A competitive salary of £14.15 per hour, plus an average of 7 sleep ins per month at £55 per sleep in.
