Job Title: Hospitality Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Hospitality Assistant to join our team at Lexington Catering. As a Hospitality Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of the area of responsibility at all times.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and special offers to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Operate the till point efficiently and effectively, adhering to correct procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, in line with our procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations, reporting any incidents as required.
Working Pattern:

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Catering experience.
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary up to £13.67 per hour, plus 1.5 hourly rate overtime.
