Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CHEP. As a key member of our service center, you will be responsible for maintaining all manufacturing assets, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our equipment, and driving quality and reliability improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively work as part of a multi-skilled team to maintain all manufacturing assets, completing root cause analysis and returning equipment in a safe and timely manner.
- Perform proactive and reactive maintenance, ensuring that health and safety procedures are always followed, and continually seeking ways to improve all processes and procedures relating to the maintenance of equipment.
- Support site reliability agenda, identifying failure modes and trends, completing root cause analysis processes, and driving agreed actions.
- Ensure all tasks are risk assessed through site-specific or dynamic risk assessments, reporting all maintenance tasks on the CMMS system as required, and to the correct standard.
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a Mech/Electrical/Multi-Skilled Engineering Qualification, with evidence of cross-skilling if your qualification is of a mechanical specialism.
- Desirable qualifications include 18th Edition wiring regulations, PAT Testing, PLC qualifications, Abrasive Wheels, Welding, IOSH, and Machine Safety (PILZ).
- A competitive salary of £51,738.86 per annum.
