### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Service Centre in South Ockendon. As a key member of our multi-skilled team, you will be responsible for maintaining all manufacturing assets, ensuring efficiency, quality, and reliability improvements.

### Key Responsibilities

* Proactively work with the team to identify and address maintenance needs
* Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
* Perform proactive and reactive maintenance, adhering to health and safety procedures
* Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures
* Identify failure modes and trends, and drive agreed actions
* Provide support to site Project and Change Initiatives
* Ensure all tasks are risk assessed and reported on the CMMS system

### Requirements

* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a Mech/Electrical/Multi Skilled Engineering Qualification
* Evidence of cross-skilling, particularly in mechanical specialisms
* Proficiency in PAT Testing, PLC qualifications, welding, and machine safety
