PURPOSE STATEMENT Manages and oversees the organization's warehouse operations, which includes the processing, packaging, and storage of materials, supplies, and equipment. Maintains accountability for all inventory within the storage facilities; conducts audits of incoming goods. Supervises the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, ensuring compliance with established protocols. Organizes and coordinates schedules for the shipping and receiving of materials to optimize the flow of goods and manage warehouse space effectively. Ensures the efficiency of operational procedures, space utilization, and the upkeep and safeguarding of facilities and equipment. Operates Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) to transport products to designated areas within the warehouse, adhering to loading, unloading, and order picking standards.

To guarantee that manufactured products are safe, legal, and meet customer quality expectations.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

Holds overall responsibility for warehouse deliverables, including performance, compliance, and operational effectiveness. Fosters a positive work environment by promoting our culture and Great Leader Drivers (GLDs). Monitors and manages warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Acts as a subject matter expert for AX D365. Facilitates multi-skilling within the warehouse team and oversees effective training and documentation. Plays a leading role in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying issues and proposing solutions. Ensures accurate and timely order confirmations, goods receiving, and dispatch processes. Maintains effective communication with the Warehouse Shift Manager to report any issues or concerns promptly. Trains team members to adhere to documented standards, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Conducts efficient shift handovers. Guarantees that orders are picked accurately and promptly to meet both internal and external customer demands. Understands and influences company KPIs.

Ensures adherence to customer audit standards.

Verifies product quality against established standards. Ensures all documentation is completed to meet legal requirements and that relevant systems are maintained, including Traceability, Health and Safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices. Guarantees that all products are delivered safely and on time, meeting agreed specifications. Ensures MHE is utilized correctly, adhering to specifications and technical requirements. Minimizes waste through safe and efficient MHE operations. Ensures proper labeling to meet internal and external customer requirements, such as traceability and date coding. Operates in accordance with all company policies and procedures. Maintains cleanliness and organization in work areas. Actively promotes Health and Safety to ensure a secure working environment.

Compliance with Rich Products Health and Safety policies and procedures is mandatory at all times.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Experience in warehousing. Proficient in operating Mechanical Handling Equipment. Valid Fork Lift Truck (FLT) License and experience: Counterbalance. Strong numerical and methodical working practices.

Desirable

Background in the food industry. Fork Lift Truck (FLT) License and experience: Bendi. Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably AX Dynamics. Banksman training. Experience with reach trucks. Scissor lift operation experience.
