Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payments Officer to join our team at Paradigm Housing Group. As a Payments Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing our purchase invoice process, ensuring that payments are accurate, timely, and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Purchase Invoices: Ensure that all purchase invoices are processed accurately and paid within the required timescales.
  • Collaborate with Budget Holders: Collaborate with budget holders to ensure invoices are coded and authorised correctly.
  • Resolve Supplier Queries: Resolve queries from suppliers and budget holders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide Team Support: Provide cover across the team as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Additional Responsibilities:

    • Handle Direct Debit Payments:

About the Role:
