About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our industry-leading DevOps team at Oscar. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in mentoring and guiding junior DevOps Engineers, ensuring the smooth operation of our software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the DevOps team to design, implement, and maintain scalable and efficient infrastructure solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Terraform configurations and Helm charts to ensure consistent and reliable deployments.
  • Lead the creation of alerting and monitoring systems to ensure proactive issue detection and resolution.
  • Design and implement deployment pipelines to streamline software releases and reduce downtime.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of Terraform configuration and Helm chart development.
  • Strong understanding of Kubernetes and containerization.
  • Experience with AWS and cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Senior-level experience in DevOps engineering.
  • Experience with RDS and EKS clusters, network infrastructure, and mobile app deployment.
