Job Title: CRM Executive - Digital Marketing

Join Digital Gurus, a global FMCG brand, as a CRM Executive - Digital Marketing. This is a permanent role based in the UK, near Chester, with a salary of up to £35k, depending on experience, plus great benefits.

We are looking for a skilled professional with experience in digital marketing and CRM to join our team. As a CRM Executive - Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for developing, testing, scheduling, deploying, and monitoring email campaigns. You will also coordinate with the wider marketing, UX, and design teams to align strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expert in email campaign development, testing, scheduling, deployment, and monitoring email campaigns
  • Apply knowledge of best practice ecommerce techniques, campaign selection, and personalisation
  • Coordinate with the wider marketing, UX, and design teams to align strategy

Requirements:

  • Must have some experience working in a digital marketing or CRM role
  • Some experience using data and analytics to get best results
  • Experience with A/B testing, Google Analytics, and Salesforce or a similar marketing cloud platform
  • Ideally experience working in a B2C retail environment - flexible
  • Experience with managing both automated and manual campaigns
  • Ideally 1 year + creating CRM communications
  • Ideally email/SMS/Push notifications
  • Knowledge of CRM best practices and benchmarks - desirable
  • FMCG/Consumer Products/Retail industry preferred although not essential
