Role Overview
The Credit & Collections Advisor will play a pivotal role in maintaining customer relationships and safeguarding our financial integrity at IRIS-Networx Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date debtor notes to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Effectively manage disputed accounts, finding resolutions or preparing for escalation as needed.
- Provide guidance and support to junior colleagues within the Credit Control team.
- Offer insightful commentary on debtors during regular stakeholder meetings.
- Monitor significant outstanding invoices to maintain optimal cash flow.
- Prepare accounts with solid evidence for legal proceedings when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with the sales order processing team to ensure accurate customer data.
- Maintain precise performance metrics aligned with team objectives.
