About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to join our team at Somerset NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing evidence-based low-intensity CBT interventions to individuals with low mood and anxiety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and support individuals with common mental health problems in the self-management of their recovery.
  • Provide a range of information, signposting, and support via evidence-based, high-volume, low-intensity psychological treatments.
  • Deliver case management and clinical skills supervision to PWP's.
  • Line manage the PWP team and contribute to the development of best practice within the service.
  • Work closely with the Senior Management Team to implement new service developments and initiatives.
Requirements
  • PWP Post Graduate Qualification (training must be completed in an adult Talking Therapies service).
  • Psychology or other health-related undergraduate degree.
  • Post-qualification experience in an adult Talking Therapies service.
  • LI CBT Supervisor Training.
