At The Salad Project, we are dedicated to promoting healthy eating and a fresh perspective on food. Since our inception in 2021, we have grown to a five-store operation across London, and we are eager to expand further.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic back of house team members who are eager to gain valuable kitchen experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare fresh ingredients and assist in creating delicious salads.
  • Adhere to hygiene standards and best practices to maintain our 5-star cleanliness rating.
  • Ensure adequate food supply for peak service times.
  • Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager by providing feedback and support.
  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of daily fresh food deliveries.
  • Support senior chefs in the kitchen's opening and closing procedures.

Experience Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen or casual dining setting is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced atmosphere.
