The Sales Support Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting Onnec's sales team to ensure smooth operations and efficient processes such as:

  • Assisting the Sales Operations Manager in supporting the Pre-Sales & Sales Teams by providing administrative support for Tender and Proposal preparation stages of the Bid Process through to Opportunity being Won or Lost.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply organizational and office management skills to support the Pre-Sales & Sales Team in ensuring the smooth running of Pre-Sales & Sales Office functions.
  • Provide a professional and helpful service to internal staff, supporting and encouraging their usage of office systems, and provide additional administrative assistance when appropriate.
  • Work within the Services Support arena to ensure customer contracts are up to date and the information accurately reflects the contract.
  • Process Sales Orders for the company, so Sales reports can be compiled.
  • Manage the transition of a small opportunity from Sales to the Operational arena and onwards to project completion.
  • Assist the Sales Operations Manager in all projects as required.
  • Be the first point of contact for incoming telephone calls for the Pre-Sales / Sales Departments.
  • General office administration consisting of photocopying, scanning, shredding.
  • Assist (in times of absence) in various management tasks including production of monthly Pre-Sales/Sales Reports and Internal Communications.
  • Inputting information into a CRM database.
  • Assisting the Pre-Sales/Sales team to ensure adherence to processes and procedures.
  • Understanding commercial sensitivity when dealing with customers and applying a commercial attitude in a reasonable manner.
  • Adhere to CRM Procedures as a basis to facilitate business processes.
  • Assist in the coordination of day-to-day system functionality, advocating appropriate use, while highlighting any non-compliance to the Sales Operations Manager.
  • Maintain the accuracy of the company database, ensuring the integrity of the data used as a marketing and telemarketing tool.

Requirements:

  • Computer literate.
  • Use of Microsoft products, especially a good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Flexible approach.
