As a pivotal Operations Manager, your role will be to assist the Store Manager while overseeing all inventory and operational activities. You will motivate and guide your team to excel, enhancing sales performance, driving operational efficiencies, and meeting performance benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:
To thrive as an Operations Manager, you will:
Collaborate with the Store Management Team to inspire and develop your team, confidently managing store operations during absences. Partner closely with the Assistant Store Manager to ensure operational tasks, such as stock-takes, are effectively planned and executed. Aim for consistent Stock KPIs by analyzing results to identify improvement areas and implementing necessary changes. Demonstrate resilience during transitions and embrace feedback to continually enhance outcomes. Oversee the daily operations of multiple stock processes. Foster an environment where exceptional service, performance achievement, and accurate stock management are prioritized, ensuring safety and operational efficiency. Assist the Store Manager in ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to stockroom management. Lead disciplinary and grievance procedures as needed. Understand and manage man-hour control expectations to ensure efficient store operations. Engage in hands-on operational and commercial activities alongside your team. Ensure adherence to the Company's security protocols and collaborate with the Loss Prevention Team to implement these effectively.
