Head of Technology Governance

At Primark, we're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Technology Governance function. As Head of Technology Governance, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our technology strategy and ensuring that our technology operations are secure, compliant, and aligned with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive technology governance framework that ensures the security, integrity, and compliance of our technology operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate technology-related risks and ensure that our technology operations are aligned with our business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, technology teams, and external partners.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to technology teams to ensure that they are operating in a secure and compliant manner.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards to ensure that our technology operations are secure, compliant, and aligned with our business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in technology governance, security, and compliance.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective technology governance frameworks.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate technology-related risks.
