We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Support Specialist to enhance the operational efficiency of our busy engineering facility.


Location:
Tewkesbury


Key Requirements:
Valid driving licence


Working Hours:
39 hours per week, day shift, with early finishes on Fridays and opportunities for overtime.


Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate starting at £13, with flexibility for salary discussions.

Role Overview:
As a Warehouse Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our precision engineering business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing CNC machining fluids by topping up, draining, and replacing as necessary.
  • Removing metal swarf from machinery.
  • Maintaining cleanliness on the workshop floor, including washing and tidying.
  • Cleaning and packaging components for delivery.
  • Delivering products to clients using the company vehicle.
  • Assisting with basic maintenance tasks within the facility.
  • Supporting various departments as required.
  • Lifting and transporting materials to assist colleagues.


Reporting Structure:
You will report directly to the Manager and work closely with engineers in a dynamic manufacturing environment.


Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is committed to maintaining a well-organized and safe workspace. Previous experience in a similar engineering setting is preferred, and a valid driving licence is essential.
