About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacy Technician to join our team at North Downs Hospital. As the 'Medicines Lead', you will be responsible for managing medicine procurement for the site and supporting the safe and effective management of stock.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage medicine procurement for the site
- Support the safe and effective management of stock
- Work under the direction of the Pharmacy team at Ashtead Hospital
- Provide patient care and support delivery of the clinical governance agenda
Requirements
- Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council as a Pharmacy Technician
- At least 1-year post registration hospital pharmacy experience
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Patient-focused and empathetic
