Role Overview

This position is essential to the efficient operation of the Cashiers' team, assisting the Aerospace Client Account Manager in the effective management of client funds. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced setting and enjoy collaborating with colleagues to achieve outstanding outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities

Support the Aerospace Client Accounting Manager by:

  • Maintaining and updating client account records and statements.
  • Communicating with partners and associates to address and resolve inquiries.
  • Recording client transactions in Elite 3E.
  • Assisting with quarterly financial reporting to clients and brokers.
  • Processing and verifying payments through the online banking system.
  • Managing Aerospace settlements and third-party expenses.
  • Facilitating client-to-office billing transactions.

Essential Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in legal cashiering, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team are crucial for this role.
