About the Role

The Operational Management Associate will play a key role in supporting Aviva's Personal Lines Claims Planning area. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of planning methods and tools to ensure the company is ready for the future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a 12 to 18 month rolling capacity plan to support Aviva's PL Claims resource strategy.
  • Understand key demand drivers, using past trends and events combined with business insight to predict future demands/resource requirements.
  • Analyze supply data and update assumptions to predict available resource.
  • Present assumptions and resource requirements in monthly assumption reviews to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support key stakeholders across PL Claims by contributing to an operation that improves year on year (efficiency, customer, value), by identifying and communicating insight relating to resource planning.
  • Build and maintain relationships.
  • Work alongside the Demand and Performance team and consider the annual budget when making resource recommendations.
