Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Agriculture Lecturer to join our team. As an Agriculture Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality lectures and demonstrations to students studying Agriculture across T-Level and level 3 courses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching and Learning: Deliver lectures and demonstrations to students, ensuring that they receive a comprehensive and engaging education in Agriculture.
- Course Development: Develop and deliver comprehensive course material that aligns with the curriculum objectives, incorporating the latest industry trends and advancements.
- Student Support: Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to facilitate their academic development.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the curriculum, ensuring that it remains relevant and effective.
- Professional Development: Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry practices, and educational methodologies relevant to Agriculture.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: A HNC or above in Agriculture, or industry experience.
- Teaching Experience: Prior teaching experience or the willingness to undertake training (funded).
- Communication Skills: Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
