Job Opportunity: CV-Library is seeking a skilled professional to join their Corporate/Commercial department in a hybrid working environment.
About the Role: The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Corporate and Commercial Law and be able to assist a fee-earning team member with their caseload. Key responsibilities include:
- Company Acquisitions: Assisting with company acquisitions, including management buy-outs, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Commercial Contract Preparation: Preparing and negotiating commercial contracts, including drafting and reviewing agreements.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Demonstrating excellent use of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Team Collaboration: Working collaboratively with the team to meet office targets, budgets, and billing requirements.
