We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transformational Leader to join our team at North East & North Cumbria ICB. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving transformational change in palliative and end of life care across our region.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership to the North East North Cumbria (NENC) All-Age PEoLC Network
- Work with system partners across the ICS to deliver the NENC PEoLC All-Age Workplan and ICB PEoLC Statutory Guidance
- Strengthen relationships and ways of working to build capacity and capability to support the system and partners to deliver transformational change in PEoLC
- Highly developed communication skills with the ability to analyse, review and make sense of complex information
- Demonstrable skills in presenting complex concepts and information to a wide range of audiences
- Ability to identify risks, anticipate issues and create solutions to resolve problems in relation to project or service delivery

- Experience of budgetary responsibility, including budget setting with evidence of working knowledge of financial processes
- Experience of building effective cross functional working relationships to drive organisational agenda
