Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Administrator at Toyota Cheltenham. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our retail sales team, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process vehicle orders and associated administration tasks, working closely with the sales department to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Manage a high-volume workload, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to maintain a smooth service for our customers.
  • Liaise with customers and internal departments to ensure vehicles are ordered to exact customer specifications.
  • Support Retail Managers in collating finance paperwork and order tracking details.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a busy administrative role, preferably in the motor trade or automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, engaging with colleagues to deliver a high-quality service.
  • Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
