Job Title: Registered Nurse (Bank)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a bank position. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of care professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of care professionals: You will be responsible for leading a team of Senior Care Assistants and Care Assistants to ensure the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents are met.
  2. Develop and implement care plans: You will carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each resident.
  3. Monitor and maintain a safe environment: You will monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
  4. Deliver clinical guidance and mentorship: You will deliver clinical guidance to your care team and lead, motivate, and mentor them to ensure the safe and efficient day-to-day running of the care home.
  5. Promote resident independence and dignity: You will promote our residents' independence, choice, and dignity by delivering the highest standards of care and striving for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  1. Registered Nurse qualification: You must be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and a genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct.
  2. Caring and communication skills: You must be naturally caring with a hands-on approach and have a flair for helping people maintain their independence, choice, and dignity.
  3. Leadership and coaching skills: You must be an effective communicator who can build strong and honest relationships with residents and their families and have a passion to coach, guide, and support your team.
