Senior HVAC Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HVAC Engineer to join our team in Renfrew. This role presents a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on several groundbreaking projects and contribute to shaping the future of the industries we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Concept design, feasibility studies, and front-end engineering design (FEED) for HVAC systems in Green and Brownfield projects
  • Developing specifications and datasheets for HVAC systems, coordinating with engineering disciplines to ensure integrated and optimal solutions
  • Managing vendors to achieve project deliverables within budget and on schedule
  • Undertaking checking, peer reviews, and incorporation of comments for engineering deliverables
  • Preparing, checking, and reviewing HVAC engineering design documentation, including technical specifications, control philosophies, and system layouts

Requirements:

  • Master's or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a closely related field
  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in similar industries
  • Strong understanding of HVAC regulations, codes, industry standards, and engineering practices
  • Chartered accreditation with the IMechE or working towards it
