Property Coordinator Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Property Coordinator to join our team at Connells Group. As a key member of our property management team, you will provide administrative support to our branches, landlords, and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange safety inspections and certification in line with current legislation
- Conduct routine and additional property visits and checks
- Liaise with contractors to ensure repair/maintenance works are completed to a satisfactory standard
- Claim for repair/maintenance work under insurance where possible
- Establish liability for work between landlords and tenants
- Process payments for contractors, deposits, and landlord bills
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong administration skills
- Resilient and positive attitude
- Organized and able to prioritize workload
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
