Commercial Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join our team at Actis Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial law, with a focus on contracts, intellectual property, and data protection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of commercial contracts, including supply of goods and services, distribution and logistics, and franchise and agency agreements.
  • Work closely with the corporate and litigation teams to provide expert advice on joint ventures, procurement, and outsourcing.
  • Advise on IT software, development, hosting, and cloud services agreements, as well as data protection and security.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' PQE in commercial law.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, intellectual property, and data protection.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
