Account Executive Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing branding projects from kick-off to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting up and attending client meetings to discuss project requirements and progress
- Creating and maintaining project schedules, timelines, and milestones to ensure smooth project execution
- Developing project deliverables and coordinating with internal teams to ensure alignment with client expectations
- Proofreading documents and assisting with amends and updates to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Assisting with the smooth running of the studio, including office management tasks as needed
- Working with the design team to manage the creation and delivery of assets
- Collaborating with Account Managers to ensure projects are delivered on budget
Requirements
- A good track record in education, preferably in a related field
- Some experience (6-12 months ideally) in a marketing role, agency, or client-side
- An interest in ideas and brand identity design
- Interest in working with global clients and an international mindset
- Enthusiasm, energy, and a positive attitude
- An ability to work well as part of a team
- A good communicator
- Keen to learn new skills, including design, presentation, and technology
- An attention to detail
- A self-starter who can identify the next steps and requirements of a project
