About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at VINCI Construction France. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from initial negotiation to final testing, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  2. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and ensuring that their projects are delivered to their satisfaction.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and resources needed to deliver projects successfully.
  4. Technical Expertise: Provide technical leadership and expertise on control systems, PLC-based control system architecture, PLC, HMI, and SCADA coding, and integrated system safety.
  5. Project Review and Evaluation: Conduct regular project reviews and evaluations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
  1. Technical Knowledge: Good to high level of software knowledge of and experience with system for in-process and manufacturing environments, PLC-based control system architecture, PLC, HMI, and SCADA coding, integrated system testing of application software and the industrial hardware, machinery safety design and associated standards, and on-site commissioning of industrial control systems.
  2. Leadership and Management Experience: Proven ability to lead and manage project teams, including experience in team leadership and management, and the ability to encourage team members to continue to improve their skill sets.
