Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join our team at Service Service Employment Agency Limited. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Independent Financial Advisers in providing exceptional client services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and portfolio records.
  • Prepare client files for annual or half-yearly reviews, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Process new business and general client administration, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Communicate with clients on case progress, providing clear and concise updates.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork and application forms for client meetings, ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Manage Work-In-Progress (WIP) and invoicing, ensuring accurate and timely billing.
  • Communicate with product providers on case progress, compliance issues, and record-keeping.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office and other industry technical software packages.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
