Principal Archaeology Consultant

Location: Flexible/Remote Options Available

Salary Range: £45,000 - £60,000

Talent Torch, a leading Multidisciplinary Environmental Consultancy, is in search of a Principal Archaeology Consultant to enhance our growing team. The successful candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge in archaeology and heritage, providing expert consultancy, overseeing assessments, and working closely with the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering specialized consultancy on archaeological and heritage issues.
  • Creating and managing comprehensive assessments and heritage documentation.
  • Collaborating with the EIA team to ensure heritage aspects are integrated into environmental evaluations.
  • Overseeing project management to guarantee timely completion and budget compliance.
  • Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in archaeology and heritage consultancy.
  • Strong skills in project management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Adaptable and flexible approach to work arrangements.
